Sometimes healing starts with learning to listen to what your body has been trying to tell you.

Our nervous system has a lot to share with us, but we haven’t been taught how to listen.

Somatic Experiencing is a gentle, yet powerful body-based approach to healing that works with your nervous system — not just your thoughts. It can help with stress, anxiety, depression, and the patterns that keep showing up no matter how much you understand them.

Whatever brought you here is welcome.

People come to this work for the same reasons anyone comes to a counselling or healing session — grief, relationship struggles, life transitions, or just the feeling that something is missing in life.

Somatic Experiencing simply offers a different way in — through the body. Because sometimes what you're carrying can't be thought through. It needs to be felt, moved and gently released in order to make space for more joy, lightness and direction in your life.
